You would think Pete Wentz already has enough on his plate: band, label, fashion line, burgeoning Twit-lationship with Mark Hoppus. Well, now he's got a comic book too.

That's right: In September, Wentz will join forces with Image Comics to publish "Fall Out Toyworks," a five-issue miniseries that revolves around a mysterious toymaker, a cyborg gal named Tiffany and a kid in a bear suit that looks lifted from the cover of Fall Out Boy's Folie á Deux.

Conceived by Wentz and Los Angeles designer Darren Romanelli, "Toyworks" will be written by Brett Lewis (who wrote the acclaimed "The Winter Men" series and Image's "Bulletproof Monk" book) with art from Sam Basri and Imaginary Friends Studios.

Little is known about the plot of the series, but as you can tell from the exclusive artwork Image sent MTV News, "Toyworks" seems to take place in a futuristic sorta-Tokyo and centers on the relationship between Tiffany — the cyber girl with the high-powered heart — the boy in the bear suit and the toymaker, who put them all together. And according to Wentz, it's also loosely based on "Tiffany Blews," a song from Folie.

"Me and Darren came up with the idea of creating ... a world around 'Tiffany Blews,' " he told MTV News. "It's more than a comic too. In the end, it will be a graphic novel, clothing, Web site and possible toys themselves."

Of course, Wentz isn't the first of his ilk to have a run at the comic book biz. In 2007, My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way launched "The Umbrella Academy" through Dark Horse Comics, and the series went on to win an Eisner Award. Then, last year, Way's brother (and MCR bassist) Mikey penned a Halloween-themed Batman story for DC Comics.

According to Image, the first issue of "Fall Out Toyworks" will hit stands September 2.
