After being embroiled expensive in a lawsuit with their label last year for a surprising $30 million, 30 Seconds To Mars and Virgin have apparently mended fences. The band has re-signed to EMI/Virgin in a new worldwide deal. 30 Seconds to Mars, fronted by vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter
Jared Leto, is currently in the studio in Los Angeles recording their
third album with acclaimed producer Flood, known for his work with U2,
Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, and Smashing Pumpkins.

The emo/rock band, fronted by actor Jared Leto, sold a million copies of their last album, A Beautiful Lie and hit the mainstage at Warped in 2006.
