Franz Nicolay has posted the new video from his debut solo album, Major General. Titled Jeff Penalty and based on the vocalist who joined the Dead Kennedys for a time, Franz explained:

"a true-life tale of punk-rock redemption, a triumph of joy over ideology, when a thousand cynics learned to stop worrying and love the songs.

The video was made by Thomas Bayne of the Venture Bros.
