Most times, it's difficult to get celebrities to check into rehab. Think about Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty, Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan.
Last week, however, Queens Of The Stone Age were apparently kicked out of an unnamed Los Angeles rehabilitation facility.
The group were slated to perform a six-song set for patients, but the P.A. system was shut down midway through opening number "Feel Good Hit Of The Summer" (which includes the line "nicotine, valium, vicodin, marijuana, ecstasy and alcohol"). The band were then reported to be forcibly escorted from the premises after authorities decided that the song wasn't appropriate for their audience.
Try doing something nice for people and look at the thanks you get.
But the Colorado Police Department apparently thinks more of "Feel Good Hit Of The Summer," as NME.com reports that the force is using the song in public service announcements warning of the dangers of drinking and driving.
