New details are being released about the Fall Out Boy tour set to kick off in April. On Monday it was reported that 50 Cent would be joining the boys for five dates of their Believers Never Die Part Deux tour this spring, the first of which would be on April 14.
The remaining dates of the tour are now available, and include two dates in Texas and additional ones in North Carolina and Maryland, all in April.
"This will be a major moment in music history," 50 Cent said in an exclusive statement to MTV News. "Joining forces with Fall Out Boy, one of the most dynamic rock bands in the industry, will be an exciting and historic event for rock and hip-hop."
The rapper added that by joining the band on tour, he hopes to expand their fans' musical tastes. "This is a chance for me to bring my music not only to hip-hop fans, but to a broader music audience."
Meanwhile, the dates give Fall Out Boy the chance to tour with an artist they've admired for years. "We've been fans of 50 since we heard 'Wanksta' in '8 Mile,' " Pete Wentz said in a statement to MTV News. "We've wanted to do something with him for awhile, and having him out on the tour is gonna take the show to a whole new level. It's exciting to bring two different genres together and give the fans a new experience"
