The Offspring have reportedly sold the rights to most of their catalog for $35 million to Round Hill, a music rights company. The purchase includes all the band's releases on Columbia Records, essentially all recordings from Americana to the present day. Epitaph Records will hold onto the rights of Smash and Ignition, two big sellers from the band's early days. You can read frontman Dexter Holland's statement below.
