Former Snow Patrol bassist Mark McClelland is suing his former band.
The bassist is suing for a quarter of all earnings since leaving the group in 2005 following alleged "creative differences" between himself and frontman Gary Lightbody.
His claim includes money from the sales of 2006's 'Eyes Open' and earning from their support slot with U2 during their 'Vertigo' tour.
McClelland has lodged a writ at London's High Court, reports News Of The World.
As previously reported the bassist in a new band Little Doses.
