E! Online has posted that Green Day's Bille Joe Armstrong will be guest starring in the upcoming fourth series of Showtime's Nurse Jackie. It's reported that Armstrong will not be playing himself.



E! states:

Details on Billie's speculated character: "[JOHN] (Male, 45) He is a badass, has a tattoo that says No Regrets and is a drug user who meets Jackie one night. He is chasing after that ultimate high. Has kids and a wife who don't talk to him anymore."
