Hello everyone and welcome to Navel Gazing: your look back in the week in Punknews. I'm Brittany Strummer
and I'll be your guide through some of the juiciest, most popular and otherwise noteworthy stories from the last seven days. Screeching Weasel will knock out a new EP later this month.
A documentary about punkasaurus dads is working it's way into theaters.
Lifetime recently had to cancel their appearance at The Fest 10 but Kid Dynamite will be taking their place.
We discussed seven breakthrough performances at Fest.
Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore, notably known for making noise rock, made some more noise by announcing their separation.
Frank Turner announced he will be playing Wembley Arena.
Weezer's Mikey Welsh passed away at the age of 40.
