Morrissey has revealed the artwork and track listing for his forthcoming full length. The record is titled Years of Refusal and is due out February 17, 2009. It follows 2006's Ringleader of the Tormentors.

The album is due out on Lost Highway Records, which is also home to Elvis Costello.
