After saying "I do" in a blizzard, Kevin Jonas and his new bride, Danielle Jonas, sought a more tropical location to enjoy the first few weeks of their married life. The couple spent their honeymoon in Mexico.
The newlyweds stayed at the One & Only Palmilla resort in Cabo San Lucas, and they told People magazine that they couldn't have picked a better locale in which to relax after their lavish ceremony on New York's Long Island on December 19. "The honeymoon was amazing: the place, the people and the food. All of it was a dream come true," they said.
In a photo given to the magazine, the couple is seen posing on a boat. Kevin is wearing a T-shirt and swim trunks while Danielle is wearing an oversized purple T-shirt. The two look happy as they float on the waves.
When they return from their honeymoon, the couple plans to settle down in Texas, near the rest of the Jonas clan. They also look forward to regularly visiting Danielle's family in New Jersey. As for kids, they will focus on a new puppy, a Maltese Yorkie, but they do one day want to expand their brood. "Definitely," Kevin said, adding jokingly, "Nine."
As for his new bride, Kevin recently gushed that he couldn't have asked for more when it comes to his partner for life. "I've never seen a more beautiful bride," Kevin said, adding, "Danielle had everything I was looking for and so much more."
