Sick Of It All frontman Lou Koller recently spoke with the LimeWire Music Blog about his band's upcoming plans. In a video interview Koller revealed that the long running New York hardcore act are currently writing a new full length. They plan to record in November with a release on Century Media in Spring of 2010. Following the release they'll hit the road for "non-stop touring" (by comparison the band just wrapped up their Death to Tyrants tour this January, and that record came out three years ago).

So what was Lou doing at LimeWire? He was recording backing vocals for the Bouncing Souls' "True Believers," part of a set being recorded for the Live At Lime series. Those recordings should be available sometime soon in the LimeWire Store.
