The Ataris are in the final stage of recording for their forthcoming album and have also confirmed a title and label for Japan. Frontman Kris Roe had this to say:

I am currently finishing up the lyrics and vocals for The Ataris forthcoming new album. All the Drums, Bass and Guitars are finished. The album will be released in Japan by Bullion Records, Home to Gaslight Anthem, Lucero, Flogging Molly among others. As for America and the rest of the world, we are talking to several labels and just looking for what we feel is the right home for this album. I definitely feel it is our strongest album to date.

The record is titled Graveyard of the Atlantic. It's their first new album since Welcome the Night in 2007
